I'm in the process of making Sophie's birthday cake for tomorrow--fingers crossed that it turns out ok! I borrowed one of those large cupcake-shaped pans from a friend since Sophie's works the words 'cupcake' and 'ice cream' into almost all conversations (sweet tooth, you think??). She specifically asked for chocolate, so chocolate it is. Pictures tomorrow.
